4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Isavela is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from product use. Always follow product instructions.

• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.
