Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
1️⃣ Contact Us – Send an email to info@isavela.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you return instructions.
2️⃣ Ship Your Item – Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3️⃣ Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, depending on your request.
Return Fees & Costs
Return Shipping Fees – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Restocking Fee – A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for any non-defective returns.
Refund Processing Time – Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the return.
Initial shipping fees and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
